STUDER A990 No Snapshot Data error on HOST while Starup

Hello to all, how're you doing?
I hope anyone could help me.
A friend of mine is having the error E0 1 10 on startup of his A990 (attached printscreen of the HYPERTERMINAL loop and List of errors of the manual).
According with the documents, this means NO SNAPSHOT DATA (0x10A --> 1.10) (confirmed is this the error).
The console has been unpowered for some time, so we believe memories (whereever they are) have no data, and he doesn't have any backup of snapshots of console config.
Does any of you knows how to ignore loading of snapshot, like making a factory load?
It's anoying situation, I've never seen this happening.
It should have some way to start the console without loading or searching that, right?.
Many thanks to all in advanced.
Kind regards,
Pablo
