Revox B285 memory problem

Hello, I am writing here in the hope that someone can help me. I have a working Revox B285 receiver, but when the power supply voltage goes out it loses the listening level setting when turned on, although the stored stations and tone control variations remain in memory. Can anyone confirm that this is normal operation or if there is a malfunction in the processor/memory?
