The http://www.studio-remotes.com is now back online. This site demonstrates how to connect your Studer or Revox C27x to a PC, making it easier to integrate with your digital recording setup. The site goes into detail about how to make the cable, setup your Studer, install and use the software, and an FAQ to answer any questions.

The free download 'Mini Remote for Studer' has been completely rewritten and now fully supports Studer A807, A810, A812, A816, A820, A827, A820MCH, A827MCH and Revox C270, C274, C278.

Also on the site is another free download 'Library Wind for Studer' which will allow you to explore the capabilities of your Studer tape transport - and this stuff is not accessible from the transport controls!
