Hello, I use a number of analog tape recorders (Revox C270, Revox C274, Sony APR-5003V) in a small archive, and am attempting to locate precise technical information about the heads used in these models. The Studer head catalog has been scanned and posted to the web, so it was relatively easy to find the appropriate information for the Revox recorders since they use Studer heads. The Sony APR-5000 series, dating from the mid 1980s to the early 1990s, used all Woelke heads for timecode, erase, record and repro. I have been able to locate gap length and inductance for the 1/4 inch, 2-channel NAB record head (7.62 um, 4.3 mH), and approximate information for the 2-channel NAB repro head (3.6 um, 80 mH), but it would be nice to find that someone actually has a copy of the Woelke head catalog from this period. Is there anyone on this list in possession of this literature? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
